There is None That Doeth Good

Psalm 14 To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David. Psalm 53 To the chief Musician upon Mahalath, Maschil [1], A Psalm of David.
Ps 14:1 The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good. Ps 53:1 The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. Corrupt are they, and have done abominable iniquity: there is none that doeth good. Rom 3:10 As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:
Ps 14:2 The LORD[2] looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, and seek God. Ps 53:2 God[2] looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, that did seek God. Rom 3:11 There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God.
Ps 14:3 They are all gone aside, they are all together become filthy: there is none that doeth good, no, not one. Ps 53:3 Every one of them is gone back: they are altogether become filthy; there is none that doeth good, no, not one. Rom 3:12 They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.

Rom 3:13 Their throat is an open sepulchre; with their tongues they have used deceit; the poison of asps is under their lips: 14 Whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness: 15 Their feet are swift to shed blood: 16 Destruction and misery are in their ways: 17 And the way of peace have they not known: 18 There is no fear of God before their eyes.

Ps 14:4 Have all the workers of iniquity no knowledge? who eat up my people as they eat bread, and call not upon the LORD. Ps 53:4 Have the workers of iniquity no knowledge? who eat up my people as they eat bread: they have not called upon God.
Ps 14:5 There were they in great fear: for God is in the generation of the righteous. 6 Ye[3] have shamed the counsel of the poor, because the LORD is his refuge.[4] Ps 53:5 There were they in great fear, where no fear was: for God hath scattered the bones of him that encampeth against thee[4]: thou[3] hast put them to shame, because God hath despised them.
Ps 14:7 Oh that the salvation of Israel were come out of Zion! when the LORD bringeth back the captivity of his people, Jacob shall rejoice, and Israel shall be glad. Ps 53:6 Oh that the salvation of Israel were come out of Zion! When God bringeth back the captivity of his people, Jacob shall rejoice, and Israel shall be glad.

[1] Though both psalms contain similar lyrics, they seem to have had different tunes associated with them. (From: GotQuestions)

[2] Psalm 14 uses the covenant name of God, YHWH, typical of the Psalms in Book 1 of Psalms (Psalms 1 through 41). Psalm 53 uses Elohim, typical of the Psalms in Book 2 (Psalms 42 through 72). (From: Wikipedia)

[3] The "you" audience is different in Psalm 14 vs. 53; some translations clarify this by using "you evildoers" for Psalm 14. For Psalm 53, the "thou" is the the same as the immediately preceding "thee." (See: Amplified Bible)

[4] Psalm 14 focuses more on God’s deliverance of the righteous, while Psalm 53 focuses more on God’s defeat of the wicked. It is possible that one of the songs is an adaptation of the earlier song, and the change in lyrics commemorates a specific event. (From: GotQuestions)
